We hire best through people who already know us. So when a referral of yours gets hired, we put $100 on the table — drawn among everyone with an active referral. There's no limit on how many people you can refer, and every referral is another chance in the draw.

How it works
Four steps, and one of them is just telling someone your name.
Every person you refer is one chance in the draw, with no limit on how many you can send us. Refer three people who apply and you have three chances; refer ten and you have ten.

Send them a role
Pick whichever of our open roles fits them and send them the page. Every role goes through the same application form.

They put your name on the application
They enter your full name in the referral question when they apply. This is the part that matters — it's the only way we can trace their application back to you, so tell them your name before they hit submit.

Your entry stays active while they're in process
A referral counts as active from the moment they submit a complete application until we finish reviewing it. Nothing else for you to do.

We hire someone referred, then we draw
Once we hire a candidate who came in through a referral, we draw $100 among all active referrals and get in touch with the winner.
The prize, and how it's decided
The $100 is a single prize, drawn at random. It isn't paid per hire and it isn't split — one active referral is drawn, one person gets paid. The hire is what triggers the draw; the draw is what decides who gets the money.
No limit on referrals. Every person you refer is one more chance in the same draw, so the more people you send our way, the better your odds.
Deadline
Entries close October 15, 2026.
Applications carrying your name have to be submitted on or before October 15, 2026 to count as an entry. This runs alongside our busy season, and we're not planning to extend it — if you have someone in mind, now is the moment to send them over.
The fine print
What counts as an entry.
Short version: a real person, a complete application, and your name on it.
- Your name has to be on their application. No name, no entry — we have no other way to connect the two, and we can't add it afterwards.
- No limit on how many people you can refer. Each one is a separate chance in the draw. The only thing that doesn't stack is the same candidate applying twice — one person, one chance.
- The application has to be complete. Resume, portfolio, and the video introduction — the same bar as any other applicant. Half-finished applications aren't entries.
- They have to be new to us. Someone already in our pipeline or already talking to the team doesn't count as a referral.
- Entries close October 15, 2026. Applications submitted after that date don't go into the draw.
- The draw happens after a referred candidate is hired. If nobody referred gets hired, there's no draw — the prize follows the hire.
- Anyone can refer. You don't need to have worked with us. Just don't refer yourself.

Roles open right now: Exterior Designer, Interior Designer, Design Support, Exterior Design Lead, Lead & Appointment Setter, and Video Editor. If none of them fit your person exactly, they can still apply to the closest one — strong profiles get kept on hand.
